Fellas, one of our favorite things to do is party: We love to have fun. And that’s fine. But do you ever get the feeling that there is more to life than you are currently experiencing? That there is more to you than you are currently expressing? That you can do more & be more? Have more fun, pay more attention to your personal development, make a bigger difference in the lives of others, and support our youth in becoming caring and responsible young adults?
Would you like that at the end of your time on this planet, you can say… “I played myself, but I contributed… I made a difference!”

The First Agreement
Take Yourself Seriously
As RMC Members we take ourselves seriously in terms of our personal development. We have a vision, and we begin to live our lives from that vision – allowing it to pull us in a purposeful direction, avoiding a life of aimless drift, and carrying ourselves as MEN that can be respected by our partners and the youth. We identify the areas of our lives which require improvement in order for us to live the life we truly want, and create a step by step plan to assist us in becoming the kind of individual through which our goals and dreams can find expression. This is Our First and Foremost Agreement.

The Second Agreement
Be an Asset
As RMC Members we take ourselves seriously in terms of our professional development. We have a vision for who we can be at work, and we begin to live our lives from that vision – allowing it to pull us in a purposeful direction, avoiding a life of aimless drift and insignificance, and carrying ourselves as MEN that can be respected by our peers, and can be seen as individuals through which the goals of our organization can be confidently channelled. We identify areas of our organizational behavior that require improvement, and we tap into the resources which support our continuous professional development. This is Our Second Agreement.

The Forth Agreement
Make Time for Fun
As RMC Members we make time for fun. We make time to make memories as often as we could. You have heard the saying: “All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy…” At RYDEUS we don’t do dull. We have a lot of fun. As an RMC Member, you get to choose your poison (lol)! This is Our Fourth Agreement.

The Third Agreement
Support Others
As RMC Members, we leverage the person that we are becoming in support of others. We support those closest to us in the home and the workplace in finding themselves and becoming better individuals. More importantly, we look out for our next generation – the youth. We render assistance through voluntary efforts – helping our youth prepare for a promising future with real possibilities and avoiding contact with the law. This is Our Third Agreement.
